Parking: Hotel has payment parking onsite. However we will cover your hotel parking expenses by providng you the parking voucher at the symposium registration desk
Again in 2015, we will cover your parking expenses in Vancouver - for ALL Attendees:
- Due to the central location of Vancouver hotel, there is the payment parking at the hotel. Again in 2015: Come to the registration desk to get your parking voucher so we will be paying for your parking!
If you are students, get your driving mileage and Ferry expense reimbursed by us (conditions apply - see below):
- If you are full-time students, and there are three of you sharing one car coming from long distance, such as Victoria, Nanaimo, etc, please present yourself at the registraiton desk to have your mileage and ferry expense (back and forth) coverd by us.
