Dont Forget! Get your taxi fare or driving mileage reimbursed by us:

• If you are full-time students, and there are three of you sharing one cab/uber coming from downtown Toronto (for Toronto Symposium), Downtown Montreal (for Montreal Symposium), or Downtown Vancouver (for Vancouver Sympsoium), please present yourself at the registration desk to have your full taxi/uber fare covered. We will reimburse you with 2 times of the amount on the taxi/uber receipt to cover your ride back too.
• If you are full-time students, and there are three of you sharing one car coming from long distance, please present yourself at the registraiton desk to have your mileage (back and forth) coverd by us.

Dont Forget! Get your Vancouver hotel expense reimbursed by us:

• If you are full-time students, and you come from a long distance from Vancouver, such as Victoria, as long as there are 2 of you sharing one hotel room under $200, please present yourself at the registraiton desk to have your full hotel expenses reimbursed by us!

Again, we will cover your parking expenses in Toronto - for ALL Attendees:

• Due to the prime location of Toronto hotel (right by the Pearson Airport), there is the payment parking at the hotel. Come to the Symposium registration desk to get your parking voucher when you arrive, so we will pay for your parking!

Again, we will cover your parking expenses in Vancouver - for ALL Attendees:

• Due to the prime location of Vancouver hotel in Burnaby, there is the payment parking at the hotel. Come to the Symposium registration desk to get your parking voucher when you arrive, so we will pay for your parking!
