A Bioanalytical Week at WRIB

Over 600 professionals representing pharmas, biopharmas, biotechs, CROs and multiple regulatory agencies working on both small and large molecules bioanalysis participated in the 9th WRIB (Workshop on Recent Issues in Bioanalysis) - a bioanalytical week on April 13-17, 2015 in Miami, Florida, USA. The 2015 White Paper in Bioanalysis from this meeting will be divided into 3 parts based on the topics and will be published on Journal Bioanaysisthis summer.

Built on the previous successes, the 9th WRIB continued to be a discussion forum where regulators and industry convene for working together in the field of bioanalysis to improve global health.

Based on the survey results from our previous attendees, the 9th WRIB featured again the novel and unique 3-day Sequential Program during the Main Workshop Days (Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3) with no parallel/overlapping sessions - specifically designed to maximize the learning process at any level in your field of expertise: Small Molecules, Large Molecules, LCMS, LBA, Biomarkers, and Immunogenicity.

In addition to the 3-day main workshop, 6 training courses (LCMS, LBA and Hybrid LBA/LCMS) were offered during the week to allow the flexibility to choose different combination of courses & workshop days based on each attendee's track of interest.

Participating Regulators at 9th WRIB again included all major Regulatory Agencies in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia:

  • US FDA
    • BMV: LCMS and LBA
    • Immunogenicity
  • Europe EMA & European Regulatory Agencies
    • France ANSM
    • Dutch MEB
    • Germany BfArM
    • UK MHRA
  • Brazil ANVISA

Like the previous editions, the 9th WRIB was again

  • Very practical with a variety of hot topics/contents;
  • Highly interactive with thought-provoking Q&A dialogs and panel discussions
  • Very informative with the active participation from global regulatory agencies
  • Well formulated with excellent balance of science, regulation and process

High quality, better compliance to regulations and scientific excellence have been and will always be the foundation of the WRIB!

We look forward to seeing you at the next one - 10th WRIB in Disney Downtown Orlando in April 2016!
